BeSafe iZi Combi is a completely new combi-seat which allows the child to sit facing rearwards until the age of four years. (Allow the child to face rearwards for as long as possible). BeSafe does not recommend facing forward before the age of 2 ½ years at the earliest. The seat has been designed with a completely new belt system that reduces the impact on the child if a collision should occur, with a considerable improvement in safety.Besides side impact protection in energy-absorbent material, BeSafe iZi Combi has an advanced belt routing (lock off device) which makes it easy to install. The seat is equally stable, regardless of whether it is installed to face forwards or rearwards, due to the unique belt tensioner. The seat is approved (ECE R44-04) for use facing backwards from 0-18kg, and facing forwards from 9-18kg.
This is the new X3 version with added head and neck support from the new formed head section featuring the easy shoulder strap height adjustment.
