Test winner in its category – a very safe and comfortable seat for the older child with a recline facility and our unique ISOFIT system which anchors the child seat directly to the car for superior protection. The seat is anchored to the car via the standard ISOFIX system and the child is secured in the seat with the 3-point seat belt. The KIDFIX SICT can also be installed with a 3-point seat belt resulting in true versatility.
Kidfix Isofit booster is suitable for children 15- 36kg in weight. (approx 3- 11yrs). As with the Kid Plus version it has a large rounded headrest it provides optimum side impact protection that grows with your childs height. Belt guides position the seat belt correctly for your childs size.
The back rest is adjustable (for rake) to fit the seats in the majority of cars. The seat covers are removable for washing. But it also features a more comfortable seat pad all with the added protection of being able to be fitted into the car using the Isofix points in the car.
The SICT design refers to Side Impact Cushion Technology which is there to minimise movement in the event of a side impact collision.
Whilst the Isofix points do not actually restrain the child in the seat as with the group 0+ and 1 seats the added security of the fixing helps for better crash performance for the occupant and also added safety for other passengers in the car as the seat is fully restrained at all times. A great seat with optimum protection for your older child.
