Isofix base for use with the Britax Baby-Safe and Cosy Tot ranges of car seats (please check that your car seat is Isofix compatible as early versions of these seats were not. If your car seat has 2 metal bars that can be seen under the seat base then the seat is compatible.) Isofix is the safest way for your child to travel and the Isofix points have been fitted to most modern cars in the last few years. The VW Golf being the first in 1997. The base meets the semi-universal standard by attaching (latching) in 2 places at the rear and by having a foot prop at the front.
