An i-Size compatible Group 0+ Infant Carrier Car Seat from Britax Romer.
Working in conjunction with the new Britax Modular System, the BABY-SAFE iSENSE Car Seat offers brilliant design, safety and comfort. Designed to be used from when your little one is born right through to 15 months old in conjunction with the FLEX BASE iSENSE (sold separately). The base can then be used with the next stage seat in the modular system series (also sold separately usually at a later date) making it a great investment for your little one’s future safety too.

The BABY-SAFE iSENSE has plenty to offer! The seat features lie-flat technology which allows for a more comfortable and ergonomic position for your newborn. An integral recline mechanism lets you adjust the flatness of the lying position, depending on the height of your passenger. The lying position and shoulder straps automatically adjust as you move the headrest, giving you more room as your little one grows. A newborn insert offers extra support during those early months, reducing the space in the seat with energy-absorbing foam pads which can be taken out when your child needs more space.
Britax Romer believes a 5-point harness is the safest way to secure your precious bundle of joy in a car seat. The 5-point harness in the seat itself is padded and adjustable - so not only does it hold your child safely in place from birth up to 15 months, but in an impact, forces are spread to the 5-points, helping to protect your little one in all directions.
But what about making YOUR life easier? Well, the seat cover can be quickly removed and machine washed for your convenience when things start to get a little messy. The handle is easily adjustable so you can move it back as required; if you fold it right back then the seat won't rock when the carrier is placed on the floor. When the handle is up, you can connect the sun hood to its sides, offering your child UPF50+ protection from harmful sun's rays as well as extra shade and wind protection because the hood clips to the sides of the handle, you can still carry the seat easily!
The seat is equipped with 3 different sets of smart lights – one set for easy installation, one set of safety lights for visibility on dark nights and a set of interior lights so your baby can see and be seen. In dark environments, the installation lights guide you for a quick and safe installation in the car or on the pushchair. The installation lights are automatically activated when it's dark and the infant carrier is moved. Once installed on the FLEX BASE iSENSE, the installation lights are switched off automatically. When installed on a pushchair, the installation lights again turn off automatically and the safety lights come on for improved visibility in dark conditions. In dark environments, the safety lights help guide your way when walking to the car with the infant carrier or when pushing the pushchair with the infant carrier installed. The safety lights are also automatically activated when the infant carrier is moved in a dark environment. The interior ambient lights can be turned on to provide additional comfort for your little one. They also allow you to see your child even when it’s dark, to make sure that it is well at all times. The interior ambient lights can also assist you when harnessing your child in the dark.
Not only is this car seat a great offering as a car seat...it can also be used in conjunction with pushchairs to make what is commonly referred to as a Travel System...meaning you can literally click your car seat onto the pushchair/wheels/chassis and then unclick it off and possibly back onto the base in the car. Different pushchairs usually require different adaptors, and these tend to be sold as extras as they are pushchair and car seat specific.

Highlands & Islands postage charges are from £15 per parcel/ box upto 20kg. Northern Ireland is classed as Overseas by our carriers and is charged accordingly. Smaller items that can be posted by Royal Mail will subject to the standard postage charges for Mainland UK.
Postage dependant on size and weight of box. Charges quoted are for a box upto a size of (80cm x 60cm x 50cm) and upto 20kg in weight. Excess charges will apply to multiple boxes or boxes with a gross or volumetric weight over 20kg or of a larger size. Exact price of shipping will be emailed to you before dispatch, once we have your agreement by email for the shipping charge we will dispatch your goods and charge your payment card accordingly. For higher value items an excess insurance charge maybe payable of approx £7.

The checkout will automatically charge the set amount for your country however if there is a change in the charged carriage rate we will confirm the postage charge to you before dispatch and before charging (or refunding) your card with any additional charge or refund. You will also be advised of a tracking number and of the carrier used. In most cases we will use either DPD Local or TNT for deliveries, smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail, possibly as a Signed For delivery service too.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 14 days after the date we deliver the products to you in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within 14 days. However we may have delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense; in most cases this will be most cost effective if arranged by yourself. For bulky items this can be arranged by one our advisors and will incur an uplift/ third party collection charge this will be deducted off any refund due to yourself. The charge for this collection is £30 per consignment upto a total gross weight of 10kg and then 30p per kilo above 10kg. For any goods returned you are advised to return the items using a signed for delivery means as the goods are your responsibility until delivered back to our address. As long as the item is unused and in a resaleable condition we are able to offer an exchange or refund. We recommend that you return any goods in their original packaging to avoid any damage that may occur in transit (please note the goods remain your responsibility until they are returned to us). Please ensure when returning goods a note is enclosed with your order number, address, surname and reason for return so we can process as quickly as possible and please ensure that your return is securely boxed. You have 14 days to exercise your right to cancel and 14days to return the goods from the day of cancellation. PLEASE NOTE goods returned outside this timescale will not be accepted for return. Please note for hygiene reasons mattresses, nappies, bedding and feeding products and other items of a personal nature cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected..
In the case of faulty products, we will repair and return the item as soon as possible (depending on availability of spare parts). If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace we will refund your money, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
