Paul Stride is a well respected nursery retailer based in York. Originally based in Acomb we moved to our new showroom and warehouse facility just adjacent to the popular Monks Cross shopping centre in 2005. The move to the Monks Cross site brought everything under one roof. Taking advantage of easier parking, easier communications and a better display of larger products. It has also meant that we have been able to incorporate an enclosed car seat fitting bay where a selection of car seats can be tried in customer's cars no matter how inclement the weather. We also doubled our floor display area and greatly increased our warehouse area meaning we can now carry more stock to supply both our instore and expanding internet business.

We are an Independent Nursery Specialist not tied to any specific brand or company. This means we can offer the widest range of quality products from all the major manufacturers as well as some of the less well known quality brands. This makes it easier to find the right product for both your lifestyle and budget.

We operate a lay-by stock system in store for customers who have chosen products but do not want their chosen products until a later date, with goods stored in our warehouse. If you require this facility then let us know and we will gladly keep your purchase until nearer the expected birth date, this also gives the added advantage that it also secures the price of the product thus protecting you from any price rises. If required internet orders can also be stored until a later date just let us know if this option is required.
