Payment and Finance

At Paul Stride we have always tried to help our customers as much as possible, and we are proud to offer a range of payment options to suit everyone. Recently, we have just launched our new website, and have integrated a flexible finance payment option as well. We feel that this may help with the spreading the costs of what can often be high-value purchases, and we know that having children certainly isn’t cheap!

We offer the following payment options, handled via our Safe and Secure payment gateway provided by SagePay:

Using our Finance option from V12 Retail Finance is straightforward, quick and easy. We offer a 0% interest free option across all our finance options, we only ask for a minimum of 10% deposit to activate the finance option. The repayment duration is dependent upon your total spend, below is an overview of what we offer:

Here are a couple of examples…

Let’s say that looking to purchase one of our Pushchair, Carrycot and Car Seat Travel Systems at £449…

  • You would add your purchases to your Shopping Basket, totalling over £400 to qualify
  • You would select the V12 Finance option
  • A 10% deposit would be payable on the £449, meaning £44.90 is taken, leaving an outstanding amount of £404.10
  • To pay this off on the 3 month repayment duration would then be charged at £134.70 per month, for a total of 3 payments

Alternatively, we may have a room set furniture package totalling £1,200…

  • You would add your purchases to your Shopping Basket, totalling over £1,200 to qualify
  • You would select the V12 Finance option
  • A 10% deposit would be payable on the £1,200, meaning £120 is taken, leaving an outstanding amount of £1,080
  • To pay this off on the 10 month repayment duration would then be charged at £108 per month, for a total of 10 payments

  1. Am I guaranteed to be accepted for finance?
    No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that anyone who applies will simply be accepted for finance, and there is no pre-application process either.

  2. What happens when I have been accepted for finance?
    Once your order has been accepted by ourselves and V12, V12 will then be in contact with you to confirm your payment schedule. Any queries can be raised with V12 at that stage. V12 Customer Services can be contacted on 02920 468900.

  3. When would payments start?
    Payments usually start after 4 weeks from delivery of the goods.

  4. What if I need to change my payment details?
    The best and most efficient option is likely to be to contact V12 Customer Services directly on 02920 468900.

  5. What if I need to change any other information regarding my finance agreement?

  6. Can I pay off my finance earlier than planned?
    It may be possible to make additional payments to your outstanding balance, although this will be directly with V12 and you should contact V12 Customer Services directly on 02920 468900 in order to make any additional payments.
